MegaSolid

Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026
MegaSolid LLC, 890 Bridge Point Court, Alpharetta, GA 30005, USA

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using megasolid.net (the “Site”), operated by MegaSolid LLC (“MegaSolid”, “we”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What we do

MegaSolid is a connected TV (CTV) publisher. We distribute content from independent producers and film companies on platforms such as Roku, Android TV and Amazon Fire TV, and we provide advertising services to brands and agencies. The Site provides general information about these services. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a guarantee of distribution, placement, audience or revenue, or a binding commitment.

3. Business engagements

Content distribution, revenue share, ad placement and advertising services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by MegaSolid. Submitting a message, catalog or brief through the Site does not create a partnership, agency, exclusivity or any obligation for either party. Availability of channels and content depends on the third-party platforms and their policies, which may change.

4. Content and materials you send us

If you submit information, links, trailers, artwork or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You keep ownership of your content. You grant MegaSolid a limited, non-exclusive permission to review, store and use those materials solely to evaluate your enquiry and to prepare a possible engagement. Please do not send confidential material until a written agreement covers it.

5. Content rights and compliance

Content producers are responsible for holding all rights, licenses and clearances needed to distribute their content, and for the content complying with applicable law and platform requirements. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertising and for complying with advertising, privacy and platform policies. Details are set out in the applicable written agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by: attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupt or overload it; sending spam or malicious content through the contact form; scraping or using automated means without permission; or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

The Site, its design and the MegaSolid name and logo are owned by MegaSolid LLC and protected by law. Roku, Android TV, Google TV, Amazon Fire TV and other third-party names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the platforms where content is available. Their use does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those companies.

8. Third-party sites and platforms

The Site and our channels may link to or run on services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MegaSolid and its owners, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Liability under a written services agreement is governed by that agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MegaSolid from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or from materials you submit in breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any dispute terms in a separate written agreement.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. Questions about these Terms: use our contact form.
