MegaSolid

Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026
MegaSolid LLC, 890 Bridge Point Court, Alpharetta, GA 30005, USA

1. Who we are

MegaSolid LLC (“MegaSolid”, “we”, “us”) is a connected TV (CTV) publisher. We distribute independent films and video from content producers and film companies on platforms such as Roku, Android TV and Amazon Fire TV, and we provide advertising services to brands and agencies. This policy explains how we handle personal data on megasolid.net. It does not cover the apps or channels of third-party platforms, which have their own policies. You can reach us through our contact form.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or contact us otherwise, we collect your name, email address, whether you are a content producer, an advertiser or something else, and the content of your message. If you send information about your catalog, campaigns or company, we collect that too.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and hosting providers record technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and timestamps. We use this to operate and secure the site.

We do not ask visitors to this website to create accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

3. How we use information

To respond to your enquiry; to evaluate and carry out content distribution or advertising work with you; to send you information you asked for; to keep the site secure, detect abuse and prevent spam; and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not use the contact form data for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where data protection law such as the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent; steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and securing our business and responding to business enquiries; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: service providers that host this website and handle our email; professional advisers; business partners where needed to carry out work you requested (for example a platform or ad-tech partner involved in a distribution or campaign); and authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect our rights. Providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Third-party content

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is disclosed to Google for that purpose. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our CTV channels run on third-party platforms (Roku, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV); viewing data and advertising identifiers collected there are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies and settings.

7. Cookies

This site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

8. Retention

We keep contact and business enquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any resulting business relationship, and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls and spam protection, and we limit access to data to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Where required, we will notify affected individuals and authorities of a data breach.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EEA, UK or Switzerland.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised; material changes will be posted on this page.
